Technique
- Position yourselves in a Long front plank (Base supine with arms/legs up, Fly in plank on top).
- The fly performs a pushup by lowering their chest toward the base's hands.
- The fly extends their arms to return to the plank position while the base supports the weight.
Form tips
- The fly should keep their elbows close to the body during the descent.
- The base must remain motionless to provide a stable platform.
