Technique

  1. Position yourselves in a Long front plank (Base supine with arms/legs up, Fly in plank on top).
  2. The fly performs a pushup by lowering their chest toward the base's hands.
  3. The fly extends their arms to return to the plank position while the base supports the weight.

Form tips

  1. The fly should keep their elbows close to the body during the descent.
  2. The base must remain motionless to provide a stable platform.
