Technique

  1. The base lies on their back with legs and arms extended vertically, gripping the fly's hands.
  2. The fly positions themselves in a plank on top of the base, hands on the base's hands and feet on the base's ankles.
  3. The base bends their arms to bring the fly toward their chest and then pushes back up to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. The base should maintain a hollow body position to protect the lower back.
  2. The fly must stay rigid like a plank throughout the entire execution.
