Technique

  1. Base start in a high Plank position, hands under the shoulders
  2. Flyer gets into a plank position on top of the base, hands on the base's ankles and feet on the upper back ( Double plank ).
  3. Base performs a Pushup while supporting the flyer.

Form tips

  1. Base: maintain extreme Core and Whole body tension to support the flyer's weight.
