Technique

  1. Base gets into a high plank position.
  2. Flyer gets into a high plank on top of the base, resting their hands on the base's ankles and their feet on the base's upper back.
  3. Both perform a pushup simultaneously.

Form tips

  1. Base: Maintain a solid Pushup form and do not let your back arch.
  2. Flyer: Keep your body straight and stay centered over the base.

Risks

  1. High stability requirement; if one person fails, both may fall.
