Technique
- Start in a standing position, then fold forward and place your hands on the floor.
- Walk your hands forward until you reach a Plank position.
- Walk your feet forward toward your hands while keeping your legs straight until you return to the forward fold position.
Form tips
- Keep your legs straight to get a stretch in your hamstrings.
- Engage your core to prevent your back from sagging.
