Technique

  1. Start in a standing position, then fold forward and place your hands on the floor.
  2. Walk your hands forward until you reach a Plank position.
  3. Walk your feet forward toward your hands while keeping your legs straight until you return to the forward fold position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your legs straight to get a stretch in your hamstrings.
  2. Engage your core to prevent your back from sagging.
