Technique

  1. Sit on the ground with the foam roller under one of your legs, the other one is bent on the side.
  2. Lift your butt and move your body on the foam roller up and down from the buttocks to the knee, applying more pressure where you feel more tension.
  3. Help yourself move and apply the right pressure with your hands and the other leg.
