Technique

  1. Sit on the foam roller with your hands on the floor behind your back and the legs bent.
  2. Roll the foam roller up and down under your buttocks, using your arms and legs to move your body and apply more pressure where you feel more tension.
  3. You can twist on the sides to work on the hips, and can lift the bottom leg for even more pressure.
