Technique
- Begin standing with a weight in each hand, arms hanging by your sides.
- Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, raise the weights directly in front of you, aiming for shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then lower the weights back down in a controlled manner.
Form tips
- Lift the weights using your shoulder muscles, avoiding excessive momentum.
- Keep your core engaged and don't arch your back when lifting the weights
