One-arm front raise

Technique
- Begin standing with a weight in one hand, arm hanging by your side.
- Keeping a slight bend in your elbow, raise the weight directly in front of you, aiming for shoulder height.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement, then lower the weight back down in a controlled manner.
Form tips
- Lift the weight using your shoulder muscles, avoiding excessive momentum.
- Keep your core engaged and don't arch your back when lifting the weight.
