Technique

  1. Attach a Long resistance band to a support at ankle height.
  2. Lie down on your back and insert your feet in the loop of the elastic band, making sure there is tension at the start position with the legs straight.
  3. Bring the knees towards your chest, pulling the resistance band with your feet.

Form tips

  1. Keep your core engaged to not arch your lower back.
