Technique
- Attach a Long resistance band to a support at ankle height.
- Lie down on your back and insert your feet in the loop of the elastic band, making sure there is tension at the start position with the legs straight.
- Bring the knees towards your chest, pulling the resistance band with your feet.
Form tips
- Keep your core engaged to not arch your lower back.
