Leg throw-down
Skill Tree
Technique
- One person lies face up with their head between the standing partner's feet and grips the partner's ankles.
- The lying person raises both legs straight up toward the standing partner's hands.
- The standing partner pushes the legs back toward the floor, either straight down or to one side.
- The lying person stops the legs before they touch the floor, then brings them straight back up to the partner's hands.
Form tips
- Keep the lower back pressed into the floor and the Abs tight. The closer to the floor the legs stop, the harder it gets.
- Keep the legs straight and together throughout.
- The standing partner pushes with control: start gently and increase the force as the lying person gets stronger.
