Technique
- From the Assisted boat pose , hold a weight with the arms straight out in front of you, at shoulder level.
- Start with your back angled at 45 degress.
- Bend at the hips, move your body forward while keeping the arms horizontal and the back straight.
- Press your belly into your thighs, then revert the motion to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep a neutral spine.
- Keep your knees together.
