Technique

  1. From the Assisted boat pose , hold a weight with the arms straight out in front of you, at shoulder level.
  2. Start with your back angled at 45 degress.
  3. Bend at the hips, move your body forward while keeping the arms horizontal and the back straight.
  4. Press your belly into your thighs, then revert the motion to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep a neutral spine.
  2. Keep your knees together.
