Technique

  1. Lay down on the floor face down and arch your body up while keeping the belly on the floor ( Arch body hold ).
  2. Place your toes and fingertips on the floor and push up in the Fingertip lalanne pushup .

Form tips

  1. There should not be any compression on the lower back when going up into the Fingertip lalanne pushup , all strength for going upwards should come from the front of the body.
