Technique

  1. Stand with your legs close together but not touching each other.
  2. Lift the balls of your feet up and rotate on your heels so that your feet point to one side.
  3. Place your feet flat on the ground, then lift both heels up and rotate on the balls of your feet to move the heels to the side.
  4. Keep repeating this pattern to keep moving in one direction, then repeat for the same amount of repetitions back to the starting position.
