Technique
- Stand with your legs close together but not touching each other.
- Lift the balls of your feet up and rotate on your heels so that your feet point to one side.
- Place your feet flat on the ground, then lift both heels up and rotate on the balls of your feet to move the heels to the side.
- Keep repeating this pattern to keep moving in one direction, then repeat for the same amount of repetitions back to the starting position.
