Technique
- Stand upright with your feet close together.
- Shift your weight forward and lift your heels off the ground to balance on your toes.
- Slowly lower your heels and rock backward to lift your toes off the floor, balancing on your heels.
- Continue rocking back and forth smoothly between toes and heels.
Form tips
- Focus on controlled movements and avoid using excessive momentum.
- Keep your legs straight to isolate the movement at the Ankle joints.
