Technique

  1. Stand upright with your feet close together.
  2. Shift your weight forward and lift your heels off the ground to balance on your toes.
  3. Slowly lower your heels and rock backward to lift your toes off the floor, balancing on your heels.
  4. Continue rocking back and forth smoothly between toes and heels.

Form tips

  1. Focus on controlled movements and avoid using excessive momentum.
  2. Keep your legs straight to isolate the movement at the Ankle joints.
