Technique
- Hang from the rings with your feet on the ground and your body horizontal, just above the ground.
- Pull yourself up while driving your elbows out to the sides.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
Form tips
- Keep your core tight and your body straight: there should be a straight line from your feet to your shoulders.
Risks
- Pulling with the elbows out increases the risk of impingement. Fro this reason, it is advised to not perform this exercise too often.
