Technique

  1. Go as high as you can.
  2. Extend your arms on the way down to work the full range of motion.
  3. No jumping or kipping.
  4. Pull your shoulder blades back and drive your elbows back.
  5. Straight or Hollow-body work the Abs more while the Arch body pullup works the back more.
