Technique
- Start in a Plank position, with your feet planted against a wall.
- Bend your knees and push on your hands to bring your buttocks to your heels.
- Then press from your feet and extend your legs to move your body forward and bend your arms to perform a Pushup .
- Keep rocking back-and-forth between the two positions.
