Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position, with your feet planted against a wall.
  2. Bend your knees and push on your hands to bring your buttocks to your heels.
  3. Then press from your feet and extend your legs to move your body forward and bend your arms to perform a Pushup .
  4. Keep rocking back-and-forth between the two positions.
