Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position with your feet against a wall.
  2. Walk your feet up, until your body is horizontal.
  3. Lower yourself down until your chest lightly touches the floor.
  4. Push yourself back up until your arms are straight.

Form tips

  1. Keep your body straight, core engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Press your feet more into the wall or increase the friction to make it easier; decrease the friction with the wall to make it more difficult.
