Technique
- Start in a Plank position with your feet against a wall.
- Walk your feet up, until your body is horizontal.
- Lower yourself down until your chest lightly touches the floor.
- Push yourself back up until your arms are straight.
Form tips
- Keep your body straight, core engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
- Press your feet more into the wall or increase the friction to make it easier; decrease the friction with the wall to make it more difficult.
