Technique

  1. Place your feet on an elevated surface and your hands on parallettes.
  2. Lean forward, with the shoulders in front the wrists. Over time, aim to lean forward more to place more weight on your hands, and less on your feet.
  3. Perform the pushup.
  4. Let your body go lower than your hands to get a deeper range of motion.
  5. Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
