Technique
- Place your feet on an elevated surface and your hands on parallettes.
- Lean forward, with the shoulders in front the wrists. Over time, aim to lean forward more to place more weight on your hands, and less on your feet.
- Perform the pushup.
- Let your body go lower than your hands to get a deeper range of motion.
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
