Technique

  1. Push against a wall and place boths feet back away from the wall.
  2. Start by pushing the wall away from you and pressing your heels down, with the toes pointing forward. Your feet should be placed at such a distance so that you stretch your calves in that position.
  3. Push on the ball of your feet to move your heels up as high as possible.
  4. Come back to the starting position with control.
