Technique
- From a seated position with legs in front of you, bring your legs into Lotus , right leg first.
- Lay down and use your hands on your back to lift the lotus, sit bones up.
- Take the hands on your knees and balance.
Form tips
- Take the chin away from the chest to put weight on the back of the head rather than on your neck.
- If you cannot balance with hands on the knees, keep them on your back.
