Technique

  1. Sit on the ground.
  2. Bend one leg to place that foot on top of the opposite thigh.
  3. Then bend the other leg to place that foot on top of the opposite thigh.
  4. Relax and take long, deep breaths in that position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your back straight.
  2. Traditionally, yogi place their right leg first and then the left leg on top. We suggest you work both sides equally to develop the same flexibility on both sides.
