Technique
- Get into a Support position on parallel bars with straight arms.
- Engage your core and pull your legs up with knees bent as high as possible toward your chest.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position with control.
Form tips
- Maintain strong Shoulder depression by pushing the bars away from your ears.
- Avoid swinging your body; the movement should be slow and intentional.
Risks
- Allowing the shoulders to shrug up can cause neck tension and reduce effectiveness.
