Technique

  1. Lie down on a bench or another surface that is sufficiently high.
  2. Let one leg fall off the side, while keeping your back flat on the surface.
  3. Bent the other leg and pull it towards your chest.
  4. You should feel the stretch in the leg that's falling off the side, at the top of the thigh.
