Wall quad stretch (Couch stretch)

Technique
- Place your back leg against a wall or other sturdy support (such as a couch).
- Place the other foot in front of you and use it to push your upper body back up and bring it vertical.
- At this point, you should feel an intense stretch in your thigh.
- Hold for time and take deep breaths.
Form tips
- The knee should be as close as possible to the support, and ideally right against it, to make the stretch more intense.
- Avoid arching your back, as this makes the stretch less intense.
