Technique

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Slowly roll on the outer side of a foot ( Ankle inversion ) while the other foot rolls towards the inside ( Ankle eversion )
  3. Come back to feet flat on the ground and repeat on the other side.

Form tips

  1. Keep the knees straight.
