Technique
- Set the rings close to the ground and slide them out forward.
- Bend at the elbows to get your forearms to point upward, while aiming to keep your upper arms as close to the horizontal as possible.
- Extend the elbows to get back to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
- Keep your elbows close to your ears and pointing forward; do not let them flare out to the sides.
