Technique

  1. Set the rings close to the ground and slide them out forward.
  2. Bend at the elbows to get your forearms to point upward, while aiming to keep your upper arms as close to the horizontal as possible.
  3. Extend the elbows to get back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Keep your elbows close to your ears and pointing forward; do not let them flare out to the sides.
