Technique
- Start in a Rings plank position.
- Lower yourself down until your body is at least as low as your hands.
- Then push yourself back up to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep the rings parallel: do not let them turn inward. Keeping them parallel will force you to work your shoulder external rotators.
- Optionally, you can also turn the rings out completely at the top of the movement for extra stimulus on the external rotators.
- Keep your Abs engaged and a posterior Pelvic tilt .
- Your wrists should be below your shoulders.
- Arms are close to the body - max 45° out.
- Keep your head neutral (do not crane forward).
