Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position, with your hands holding dumbbells on the ground with a neutral grip.
  2. Perform a Plank squat thrust by bending at the hips and knees, to jump your feet forward and land into a low squat position.
  3. Start extending your knees, and lift the dumbbells off the ground, then all the way up overhead.
  4. Lower the weights back down to your shoulders, then all the way to the ground while bending your knees.
  5. Jump your feet back to the Plank position.
