Technique

  1. Start in a Plank position, with a weight ( Dumbbell or Kettlebell ) placed on the ground slightly off to the side, at chest level.
  2. Grab the weight with the opposite hand and bring it to the other side of your body, while keeping your body facing the ground.
  3. Then repeat with the other hand, bringing the weight back to its starting position.
