Technique
- Start in a Plank position, with a weight ( Dumbbell or Kettlebell ) placed on the ground slightly off to the side, at chest level.
- Grab the weight with the opposite hand and bring it to the other side of your body, while keeping your body facing the ground.
- Then repeat with the other hand, bringing the weight back to its starting position.
