Technique
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in front of a cable machine with a straight bar or rope attachment set at the highest position.
- Grip the bar or rope with both hands, palms facing down, and step slightly back to create tension in the cable.
- Pull the bar down in a controlled motion, keeping your arms straight, until your hands reach your thighs.
- Slowly return the bar to the starting position.
Form tips
- Maintain a slight forward lean but don’t hunch over.
