Technique

  1. Lie on your back and place your arms down to the sides, perpendicular to your trunk.
  2. Lift your legs straight up, then let them slowly down to one side and then the other one.
  3. Keep your shoulder down on the ground; there will be a twisting motion happening in the trunk.
