Kettlebell tibialis raise (Kettlebell ankle dorsiflexion)

Technique
- Sit on a bench, with one leg fully extended, such that your ankle sits on the end of the bench.
- Hook a Kettlebell on your foot.
- Engage your Tibialis anterior muscle to flex your ankle ( Ankle dorsiflexion ).
- Then let the weight slowly extend your ankle ( Ankle plantarflexion ).
