Technique

  1. Sit on a bench, with one leg fully extended, such that your ankle sits on the end of the bench.
  2. Hook a Kettlebell on your foot.
  3. Engage your Tibialis anterior muscle to flex your ankle ( Ankle dorsiflexion ).
  4. Then let the weight slowly extend your ankle ( Ankle plantarflexion ).
