Technique

  1. Stand beside a Kettlebell and hook one foot under the handle.
  2. Drive your knee up high while keeping the rest of your body straight.
  3. Slowly come back down to the starting position.

Risks

  1. Holding a Kettlebell with a foot is not very secure, so be careful not to let it drop on your other foot.
