Technique
- Start in a standing position, bend your knees slightly and jump as high as possible.
- While in the air, quickly clap your feet together twice.
- Land softly by bending your knees to absorb the impact.
Form tips
- Use your arms to help generate upward momentum during the takeoff.
- Aim for a high jump to give yourself enough "air time" for the claps.
Risks
- Landing with stiff legs can put stress on the knee and ankle joints.
