Technique

  1. Start in a standing position, bend your knees slightly and jump as high as possible.
  2. While in the air, quickly clap your feet together twice.
  3. Land softly by bending your knees to absorb the impact.

Form tips

  1. Use your arms to help generate upward momentum during the takeoff.
  2. Aim for a high jump to give yourself enough "air time" for the claps.

Risks

  1. Landing with stiff legs can put stress on the knee and ankle joints.
