Technique

  1. Start in a Rings plank position with rings slightly over the ground, body straight from head to heels.
  2. Slowly move your straight arms out to the sides, lowering your chest toward the ground.
  3. Pull your arms back together to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep your arms straight throughout the entire movement.
  2. Maintain a strong Core .
