Technique

  1. Start in an active hang with shoulders engaged ( Shoulder depression ) and arms straight.
  2. Raise your legs to about hip height to form an L-sit shape.
  3. Perform small alternating kicks with control.

Form tips

  1. Straight arms
  2. Active shoulders
  3. Legs lifted to horizontal
  4. No body swing
