Technique

  1. Start in a standing position, holding a Barbell , palms facing forward.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your sides and curl the bar upwards towards your shoulders.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower the bar back down to the starting position with control.

Form tips

  1. Maintain a straight posture with your shoulders back throughout the movement.
  2. Keep your elbows stationary during the curl.
  3. Avoid swinging or using momentum to lift the weights; focus on controlled movements.
  4. Control the descent of the weights to work the Biceps through the entire range.
