Technique
- Place a Short resistance band around your thighs, just above the knees.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, maintaining tension on the band.
- Take a small step sideways while squatting down and pulling your knees out.
- Stand back up while bringing the back foot in.
- Take the same amount of steps to each side.
- Repeat and work on both directions.
Form tips
- Ensure the knees align with the toes and don’t collapse inward.
- Maintain tension on the Short resistance band throughout the exercise.
- Keep your chest up and your back straight while squatting.
