Technique

  1. Place a Short resistance band around the thighs, just above the knees.
  2. Stand tall and lift one leg straight out to the side ( Hip abduction ).
  3. Lower the leg back down slowly against the band's resistance.

Form tips

  1. Avoid leaning the torso to the opposite side to isolate the hip muscles.
