Technique

  1. Anchor an elastic band to a support, wrap the band around one of your ankles and lay face down on the ground with your feet pointed toward the anchor.
  2. Choose a distance where there is always some tension in the band.
  3. Bend your knee to bring your heel toward your buttocks.
  4. Repeat on both sides.
