Technique

  1. Start in a kneeling position with your feet anchored under something sturdy or held by a partner.
  2. Bring your hips slightly in front of your knees, to create tension in your Hamstrings .
  3. Bend at the hips to bring your torso down to the floor, keeping the back straight.
  4. Come back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep the hips slightly in front of your knees the whole time to create the expected stimulus on your Hamstrings .
