Technique
- Start in a kneeling position with your feet anchored under something sturdy or held by a partner.
- Bring your hips slightly in front of your knees, to create tension in your Hamstrings .
- Bend at the hips to bring your torso down to the floor, keeping the back straight.
- Come back to the starting position.
Form tips
- Keep the hips slightly in front of your knees the whole time to create the expected stimulus on your Hamstrings .
