Technique

  1. This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
  2. Stand up and press the back of your hands against each other.
  3. To stretch different parts of your wrists this way, move your elbows forward and back while maintaining pressure of the hands against each other.
  4. Each cycle of back and forth counts as one repetition.
