Technique
- This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
- Stand up and press the back of your hands against each other.
- To stretch different parts of your wrists this way, move your elbows forward and back while maintaining pressure of the hands against each other.
- Each cycle of back and forth counts as one repetition.
