Technique
- This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
- Get on all fours, with the palms facing up and fingers facing to the outside.
- Alternate between leaning to the left and right sides, to place some pressure on your wrists.
- Each cycle of going left and right counts as one repetition.
