Technique

  1. This is a good way to warmup the wrists and get them ready for more intense activities (such as balancing on your hands).
  2. Get on all fours, with the palms facing up and fingers facing to the outside.
  3. Alternate between leaning to the left and right sides, to place some pressure on your wrists.
  4. Each cycle of going left and right counts as one repetition.
