Technique

  1. Hang on the rings keeping your feet on the ground and your body horizontal, just lifted off the ground
  2. Pull a ring towards your armpit while pushing your other arm completely straight to the side.
  3. Return to starting position in a controlled manner and repeat on the other side

Form tips

  1. Avoid rotating your body to the pulling side.
