Technique
- Place your palms down a short distance away from the wall, then place your shoulders against the wall and flatten your back.
- Shift the weight onto your hands until your can get your feet off the ground.
- Open your legs out to the sides and hinge at the hips to bring the legs up until they are against the wall.
- Slowly reverse the motion back to the starting position.
