Technique

  1. Place your palms down a short distance away from the wall, then place your shoulders against the wall and flatten your back.
  2. Shift the weight onto your hands until your can get your feet off the ground.
  3. Open your legs out to the sides and hinge at the hips to bring the legs up until they are against the wall.
  4. Slowly reverse the motion back to the starting position.
