Strap-assisted one-arm chinup

Technique

  1. Grab a bar with one hand and with the other hand grab a strap looped around the bar.
  2. Perform a Chinup , while aiming to use as little assistance as possible from the strap.
  3. Repeat on both sides.

Form tips

  1. Start with the working arm fully extended and finish with the arm fully bent and your head above the bar.
  2. Control the descent the whole way; do not let yourself fall into the bottom position.
