Technique
- Step the feet apart, wider than shoulder width with the toes facing forward.
- Keeping the hands on the hips, exhale to fold forward from the hips and lower the head.
Form tips
- Try to move from the hips, feeling the rotation in the hip joint, and taking the feet wider or narrower as needed for balance and flexibility.
- Keep the legs engaged and the feet planted evenly from the toes to heels, and inside-outside edges.
