Technique

  1. Stand in front of a Stability ball and place your hands on it.
  2. Slowly roll forward onto your forearms until your body is fully extended.
  3. Then roll back to the starting position.

Form tips

  1. Keep the Abs engaged at all times, with a posterior Pelvic tilt .
  2. Keep the arms and legs straight.
